Working on wing roots

Disaster! Trying to remove some filler from the wing roots, I used too much lacquer thinner and 'erased'
a lot of detail in the wing root and the fuselage. I had to salvage the cockpit and request another P-47 kit on Amazon...

The Academy P-47 kit (this is the base kit used in Eduard's Jugs over Germany P-47)

Engine preparation. Before adding the ignition ring (photo-etch)
